At Hedef Vinç's welding workshop in Milas we take on fabrication and repair work of every kind, with steel as our main material. We work with stick (arc) and gas metal arc (MIG-MAG) welding, and we choose the method that suits the material and the load involved. Our range runs from a simple railing repair to complete steel-structure fabrication.
Because we also service cranes and heavy machinery, we are experienced in welding heavy equipment: we know how much load each part carries, which weld belongs where, and we work accordingly.
Not every part can be brought to the workshop. For machines that are hard to dismantle, structures that must be repaired in place and urgent breakdowns on site, our mobile welding team comes to your address. Our vehicles carry everything needed, generator and welding machine included; we weld on site along the Milas, Bodrum, Muğla, Aydın and İzmir corridor. We plan the job with you so that a machine stopped by a failure gets back to work as quickly as possible.
Two welds can look identical to the eye — it is their strength that sets them apart. On load-bearing parts we prepare the surface before welding, select the right electrode and wire, and finish the job with grinding and inspection where needed. Our goal is not to have the same spot rewelded again and again, but to do the job once and do it right.
