At the Hedef Vinç workshop we straighten, extend, shorten and fit out the chassis of trucks, tractor units and other heavy vehicles. When a frame has been distorted by an impact or by overloading, we take measurements, pull it back into true and reinforce it where needed, leaving the vehicle ready for body mounting.
Because our welding and machining shops are in the same facility, we fabricate brackets, mounting plates and similar parts on site and handle the entire process — from the first measurement to the final check — under one roof. The workshop is located between Güllük and Güvercinlik at the Tuzla junction; alongside Milas, we also serve vehicles coming from Bodrum, Muğla, Aydın and the wider İzmir area.
The chassis is the backbone that carries everything the vehicle hauls. A bent or damaged frame leads to uneven tyre wear, premature fatigue in the suspension and steering linkages, and body mountings that gradually work loose. Fitting a flatbed or tipper body onto a frame that is out of true creates a safety risk and shortens the life of the vehicle. That is why straightening the chassis and reinforcing the critical points before any body is mounted is the most important step of the job.
We start by measuring the vehicle at our workshop and going over the condition of the chassis with you. The work to be done, the method and the timeframe are agreed up front; once you approve, we carry out the straightening, welding and fit-out steps in order.
